    Is there any conversion program that converts BL06 files
    into V1.0?
    
    Also, is there a reason why after the installation of
    V1.0 DOC$CONVERT will not work any more?

	On our system, DOC$CONVERT had to be installed separately, and some cleanup work done so that users could specify that on the DCL command line. DOC$CONVERT _IS_ the conversion program that converts BL06 files to V1.0 syntax. Make sure you get V1.7 or higher. The argument to the first comment tag in the converted file should tell you what version of the converter you used. If it doesn't, you don't have the latest converter program
