    Is there any way to put the "Operating System and Version" and
    "Software Version" information on the title page?  I only see the
    "Revision/Update Information".

    You can use the <REVISION_INFO> tag for any information you like:
    
    	<REVISION_INFO>(Operating System and Version:\VMS V4.5)
    
    	<REVISION_INFO>(Software Version:\VMS FOO V1.0)
