    Two problems I could not solve myself:

    o how can I get PART info into the contents file (like it can be
      seen in the VAX / VMS Run-Time Library Reference Manual ?

    o in a book consisting of five parts with several chapters and
      appendices each I get a few appendix entries in the contents file
      with no letter preceding the page number. Any ideas ?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanx,
    Hans.

    What doctype are you using ? You should be able to get a Part title
    in the table of contents based on the <TITLE> tag used following
    <PART_PAGE>.

| 853.2 | thank you - and more info | UNTADA::CAAHANS | Hans Bachner, ADG Munich | Mon Aug 31 1987 06:25 | 11 |
| Thank you - <TITLE> works fine, of course.
    BTW, the 'restrictions' part of the <TITLE> tag in the User's Guide
    seems not to be quite correct - maybe you want to modify it for
    the next update.

    Concerning the Appendix letter problem, I use SOFTWARE.GUIDE.
    The strange thing is that most appendixes work fine, but there are
    a few without the page number letters both in the TOC as well on
    the pages themselves.

    Hans.

| 853.3 | what good is the zone title ? | UNTADA::CAAHANS | Hans Bachner, ADG Munich | Tue Sep 01 1987 04:48 | 6 |
| BTW - what's the use of the zone title argument in the <part> tag,
    where does it show up in the final document, or is it's only use
    for reference purposes in a <title> tag as shown in the example
    of the <part> tag in the User's Guide ?

    Hans.
