The copyright page for the VAX DOCUMENT Doctype Designer's Guide has a
Digital logo with a trademark symbol. Is that logo available in all standard
doctypes? The TM doesn't appear in some local doctypes. For now, I have a
.tex file that calls in \declogo and adds the TM.

	In the V1.0 internal kit, the TM should appear on the logo in all the doctypes. The definition is in CUP$LOCAL_ELEMENTS.TEX. If you are using some other file for DOC$LOCAL_ELEMENTS, then you may have an obsolete definition of \declogo. -pa
