    I cannot get the DOCPLAN doctype here on VAXUUM with either
    Baselevel 7 or Baselevel 8.  I see from previous notes that
    peple have been using it, but I get an error message.

    The local doctypes are only defined on VAXUUM when you use
    
   $  BASELELEVEL DEVEL LOCAL

    Devel is at present stable.
