There used to be a command_summary available in the software templates.
It allowed you to present a condensed list/description of commands.
Is this template or equivalent available in BL7 or beyond?

    Thanks.

It is not documented in BL7 and beyond; we didn't use it for
V1.0 because there didn't seem to be much call, and it took
a lot of tags. (Supporting it the way we did in the LAYERED and
VMS.UTILITY doctypes in BL6 and earlier.) The tag <COMMAND_SUMMARY>
is present, but it's buggy. Will try to get into a future release.

Note that all the tags did was, in essence, to generate a simple
two-column table, but the table didn't have a number, so we had
to fudge the table macros to get the heading to print on overflow
    pages.
