Does the /device_converter=(starting_page=5-1,ending_page=5-10
qualifier work.
I created a .dvi_ln03 using the /keep qualifier, and then tried
to get only the first 10 pages. I get 0 pages written to output
file.
I tried (starting=5-1,number_of_pages=10) and I got all 105 pages
written to the output file.
I tried (starting_page=5-99) and I got all 105 pages written to
the output file.
I am using software.reference style, baselevel 8.
Thanks

The implementation of starting_page, ending_page and number_of_pages
parameters was, uh, spotty through BL08, so you will be different
results with different device converters, and some of those features
won't work at all with some device converters.
They'll be there in V1.0.
Thanks,
Mark
