Why is it that when you put a subheading under a heading the
paragraphing gets messed?
Example
<HEAD1>(THIS IS THE MAIN HEADING)
<SUBHEAD2>(Approved by) Fred Blogs
<SUBHEAD2>(Date) 21 nextember 2001
<HEAD2>(GENERAL)
Blah blah blah......
.
.
.
Comes out in SOFTWARE Style as

1.1 THIS IS THE MAIN HEADING
Approved by: Fred Bloggs
Date: 21 nextember 2001
------------------------------------------------
1.1.1 GENERAL
Blah blah blah.....
If you put in 3 <P> before the <HEAD2> the "Blah blah" moves down
and left wraps but not the same amount as the other pragraphs.
Any ideas?

DOCUMENT doesn't do well when header-level tags appear with no
text elements following them. (This should be addressed in a future
release.) Meanwhile, if you just put a single <p> tag following
each header-level that doesn't have text associated with it, everything
will come out consistently.
