| | Hi Patti,

I know you have better things to think about but here goes anyway:

The <format> tag is nice, but the fonts are a bit large (and
bold) for use in my User's Guide which contains mostly text
in paragraph form. The output from the <syntax> tag, however,
is just the opposite and seems to work well in this
type of book. (When the braces were added by the art folks,
    the output looked real nice.)

I just thought that since you provide a choice by enabling both
tags (for the software doctypes), you might as well provide
the same capabilities in both. Perhaps in a future update?

? when used in normal text (that is, not inside a <command_section>,
the <format> produces output that is the same size as the regular
text, I think in all the doctypes. It's only big when it is set
    in reference information.

Well, I tried it and the size of the typeface looks perfect. (The
bolding adds a nice touch.) I think I even prefer <format> to <syntax>
since the output from <syntax> is a bit on the small side. Next
time I'll try something before I make assumptions. However, I think
you should note that my assumption was based on the examples shown
under the description of the <FCMD> tag in the field test update
documentation. Output from all four examples is in big bold letters.
It is the kind of output you get from the statement template.
