What is the planned support for master indexes and when will we
see it? In T1, can we use the same procedures as we did in BL6?

    Thanks.

I'm not sure what support remained resident in T1.0, but the update
contains the final V1.0 version. The procedure consists of:

    1. Using /KEEP=INDEX/INDEX when generating individual book indexes
    2. Creating a filename.INX_LIST file that specifies the filenames
of the kept INX files and book identifiers for use in the master
       index
    3. Running the INX_LIST file through DOCUMENT
