    Sorry, we do not currently have the capability for users to draw
    arbitrary rules in a document. The use of rules in text is tied
    to a design for a text element.

| | Is there any way for the user to include a "picture" that in turn
    contains "DECVECs" that draw page boarders?

| 207.3 | no DECVECs at present | VAXUUM::DEVRIES | Those are features, not bugs | Wed Apr 08 1987 12:28 | 9 |
| | At this time, these kinds of included graphics are supported:

    	LN03: sixels
    	POSTSCRIPT: PostScript

    So no, it is not possible at present to include LN03 commands in
    a document. (That's in my futures file.)
