88.0. "<PREFACE> page number goes away !!!" by UBEAUT::PAGE (It works for me) Wed Mar 11 1987 02:15
If you split your <FRONT_MATTER> so that you can get the
    <CONTENTS_FILE> between the <COPY_PAGE> and the <PREFACE>
the <PREFACE> has no page number !!!

If you compile just the <PREFACE> using the /PROFILE=xxx switch
then you get the page number.

Is the difference that you have to use <FRONT_MATTER> and
<ENDFRONT_MATTER> in both the <COPY_PAGE> and the <PREFACE>,
thereby effectively having 2 lots of <FRONT_MATTER> in your
    book build ?

If so, how do you get the <CONTENTS_FILE> in the right place
    without this complication ?
