I tried using the SMALL_BOLD_CAPS argument to the <EMPHASIS> tag and got
the following error message:
     Argument 2 to tag <EMPHASIS> is not a keyword
  %TAG-I-ARGMENTIS, The argument is SMALL_BOLD_CAPS
I was using <EMPHASIS> within an unnumbered list, if that makes any difference
(don't see why it should). The doctype was ARTICLE.

| There's some confusion on this argument. Try
    <EMPHASIS>(text\SMALL_BOLDCAPS)... it works for me.

| 86.2 | Documentation glitch, sigh. | VAXUUM::CORMAN | Wed Mar 11 1987 10:29 | 4 | |
| Right, it should be <emphasis>(text\small_boldcaps).
    The documentation is wrong; will be righted.

| I changed SMALL_BOLD_CAPS to SMALL_BOLDCAPS, and it worked fine.
    Thanks.
