    Does anybody know if there is an agreement between DIGITAL and INGRES
    for development licenses?
    
    Our group just bought a banking application from one of our partners
    which uses INGRES as a development platform. Until now they paid for
    the development license but now we (DIGITAL) have to pay for it.
    
    Any comments on this or addresses of persons I can contact?
