    Ingres Locking
    
    Does anyone have a pointer to the notes listed in 7.0 about Ingres.
    
    The specific problem is that Ingres during startup is generating over
    4,000 ENQ LOCKS/CONV per second for at least 10  minutes on a 6620.  I
    am trying to convince them that Ingres on VMS is not as good a choice
    as RDB on Ingres.
