    Hello,
    
    that's another time a conversion problem. One of my customer decided to
    convert his applications from IBM central information systems to
    VAX4000 departemental systems, with ADABAS/Natural to RDB/Natural
    conversion.
    
    His problems are :
    
    First phase : Introducing ADABAS/Natural application on VAX/VMS
    
    	How to get multi-tapes files from IBM to VAX4000 with TSZ05 ?
    	
    Second phase : porting Natural code from ADABAS to RDB
    
    	How to implement logical design of database with minimizing the
    	Natural code modifications ?
    	(20 files with repeating fields and repeating groups)
    
    	How to get the data in RDB from ADABAS database or files ?
    	(Software-AG seems to look after RMU/LOAD using RMS description of
    	files and converting ADABAS files into RMS using Natural.)
    
    I have already seen some topics about that in OBIWAN::ADABAS and this
    notesfile but didn't yet get any information about what could be done
    with that.
    
    I am waiting for experimented persons who could already done those type
    of conversions in Digital. I know that several customers are going to
    port their ADABAS/Natural application in RDB. Any comments or
    suggestions are welcomed...
