    Has anyone seen Oracle report an Error 3113?
    
    What causes it?  We are acting as a consultant to a Govt customer
    in Denver and he asked us to check if anyone else in DEC had seen it.
    Apparently it threw the oracle installation guy a curve and he's
    working on getting an answer from california as to what it translates
    to....
