I would like to find out how feasible (i.e. easy) it is to convert an
existing Ingres application using embedded SQL to Rdb.
Does anyone have any idea about the effort required?
    Cheers,

| You're going to have to determine how Ingres SQL maps to Rdb SQL
which I don't have a clue. Also, you should check (or at least ask)
to be sure the application is not using QUEL ? Finally, Ingres has
lots of extensions to SQL such as string manipulation, concat., and
other functions (such date arith), so don't forget to look through
    these items.
