Hello there,
This might ne a shot in the dark, but..
I Norway a large part of WANGS's customer base is running applications
developed by a 4GL called SPEED. We have been talking to the company
who sell SPEED i Norway. They told us that the company who has
developed SPEED(CAYLEX, Seattle, US) is porting SPEED to VAX/VMS.
On VAX/VMS the product will be called APPX.
I am looking for any information about this(Company, product, etc.)
or advice on who to contact to get this info.
Thanks
Arild Saghagen

Arild--
I believe the company you are referring to is Caelus, from Spokane,
Washington. They are primarily a software house involved in the
development of Manufacturing (mostly for Process applications)
software for use on Wang Systems.
If this sounds familiar, you might call or write Dick Edwards, @mko,
who works in Volume Sales and is responsible for helping Caelus
port their Manufacturing system to Dec. He can tell you if there
are any plans for doing anything with Speed.
Regards, Ed Hanford
