The Digital logo no longer appears on our copyright pages - except
for the online.handbook doctype. I'm posting this bug here because
we were getting the logo on the copyright page correctly until
the last round of patches to fix the copyright page overwriting
problem.
I tested the dw_end and report doctypes using front matter that
used to produce the logo. There is simply a blank space where
the logo used to be.

This problem is fixed. We reinstalled the DEC internal kit
and the startup_int file may have made the difference.
