    Another problem with <copyright_page_formatting>(controlled).  The
    DOCUMENT message is printing over the trademark table.  If I eliminate
    the <document_acknowledgement> tag, I get the (brief) DOCUMENT message
    anyway.  If I include <document_acknowledgement>(off), both
    <document_acknowledgement>(off) and the (brief) DOCUMENT message
    print superimposed on the trademark table.

	If your copyright page has a <vertical_space>(fill) tag in it, you should remove it. On very long copyright pages, it causes overwriting problems online. Mary
