In your announcement of the March 20 Baselevel you say that it requires DOCUMENT
V1.1. Does this mean that I can't install it if I am running DOCUMENT FT1.2?

Also, does DOCUMENT T1.2 break the *existing* online bookbuilding
tools? I was experimenting with RAGS drawings, and my first attempt
produced the following:

...and so on, a pair of errors at each <HEADx> tag. A colleague (the
author of .0, actually) just tried to build an online version of
something known to have previously built correctly, with the same
errors.

The online bookbuilding tools do not work under DOCUMENT T1.2.
To build online books, use DOCUMENT V1.1. We will endeavor to
overcome this limitation as soon as possible.

At the moment, yes. But we have fixed the problems Andy reported
in .1 and have tested the online stuff under T1.2: we should have
a T1.2 saveset available early next week. Its availability will
be posted in this notes conf. Thanks for your patience.
