I am having a problem getting the Bookbuilding Tools described in Note
64 to work on my VAXstation 2000. I have just upgraded to VMS V5.1 and
DECWindows. I have followed (I think) the instructions in note 64.1 to
install the necessary VAX Document related software.
WHen I try to run VAX Document, ONLINE comes up as a unknown doctype.
In looking through the appropriate VAX Document files I cannot find any
reference to this doctype.
Did I do something wrong? Can someone send me or point to me where I
can find how to define ONLINE.

If you have installed the VAX DOCUMENT local kit referenced in note
64.1, the ONLINE doctype is defined in the DOC$DESTINATIONS.DAT
file in the DOC$LOCAL_FORMATS directory. The first thing to do is
to check to make sure you have the proper version of the local
kit installed (V1.1, SDC).

I looked back at my installation of V1.1 of DOCINT. APparently
something went wrong. I have corrected the problem and everything
seems OK now.
