Here's an item I'd like to have added to the wishlist.  In glossary entries, 
we often have a "see also" item.  It would be nice if we could make the "see
also" items hot spots so the reader could get that definition quickly.

    Yes, that (and similar funtionality for 'see' and 'see also' entries
    in indexes) would be nice. They're on the list for future DOCUMENT
    support of online bookbuilding.
