can the bookreader cope with a master index? jack

|     Not at the moment. But we are working on that -- we have to be able
    to build a master index that the Bookreader can cope with for the
    VMS docset (scheduled to be released online in the spring). It's
    not a simple problem and, furthermore, functionality will be limited
    because the V1.0 Bookreader cannot do interbook cross references,
    so  you will not be able to jump directly from a reference to a
    book in the master index to that book.
