| | I found the flow of this chapter OK.
    My nits, typos and other observations are below.
    NOTE: These are my feelings etc. not of the UK as a whole.
    I comment on typos etc on instructor pages as well as customer pages.
    Instructors deserve to have unambiguous, correctly spelled and
    technically accurate information too! :-)

Page	Observation
----    -----------
1-8	There is an extra "MAIL" heading at the right hand side
	of the display. There should be just one, one line above
	the other headings.
1-20	Example 1-7 is out of place
1-21	Typo Bullet 3: specififed -> specified
1-22	Bullet 1: "All mail messages are subdivided into folders"
	Since when? I suggest this bullet isn't needed. (Or
	do I get one in the back :-} )
1-30a	Heading doesn't make sense.

| | The REQUEST command has been removed from this chapter, and some of the
larger examples have been broken into smaller ones.

| 13.4 | A few nits only! | DUCK::SHONEK | Keith Shone UK Edu 830-4074 | Thu May 02 1991 07:05 | 26 |
| | Only minor comments on this revision.

    Page 1-3:
    Objectives: first bullet could omit the word your - the rest of the
    objectives are impersonal.

    Page 1-4:
    First topic - similar remark to page 1-3

    Page 1-10:
    The heading line is rather more indented in this example than it is in
    reality - who'll notice?

    Page 1-27a:
    It's appropriate on this page to warn users of printing mail messages
    that could be queued to public printers. The contents of mail messages
    may not always be fit for general public consumption!

    Page 1-34:
    Bullet 5: reorder this so it resembles the other bullets:

    o Use folders to organize your mail messages into folders

    There, that didn't hurt did it?
