    The PRIMA Team want STARS 2.5-2 installed on FUTURS and CURRNT
    
    
    This is the version just released by Colorado springs. - currently on
    PASTIT
    
    
    The main outlook here is that the databases need to be CONVERTED
    from STARS 2.4 format to STARS 2.5 format, using a STARS command.
    
    
    However, you need a special identifier to do this.
    
    Installation is scheduled for tuesday the 7'th unless anyone has any
    problems with it.

    STARS 2.5-2 Installed on FUTURS..
    
    
    If you have any databases, you'll need to convert them using the
    STRS/convert {dbase_name} command line..
    
    You also need the STARS_convert_database Identifier, or STARS_ALLPRIV
    to do the conversion.
