    Jerry,
    	Whilst I was developing OAS V7.0 and currently V7.M, I was
    faced with a problem on the VAX side of things. FTSV could not
    successfully network RMS sequential files to the PDP. The solution
    was to use '/TRANSFER_MODE=RECORD'. This then copied the files
    across successfully. 
    
    	Recently, I can acrocc the RELEASE NOTES for FTSV V2.0 and
    this was a corrected fault. BUT now I cannot find the reales notes
    in SYS$HELP:*.*.
    
    	Could you have them re-installed ?
