    The DQS printer sppoler now works as it should do.  This means
    that both VULCAN and RDGE43 use the SYS$PRINT queue for any
    print jobs and they can also print directly to the laser printer.
    
    Any jobs submitted on RDGE43 or VULCAN will be printed on either
    RDGE28_TTA3 or RDGE00_LPA0.  If the file is longer than 100 blocks
    then it is forced onto RDGE00_LPA0, otherwise it will be sent to the
    printer with the least amount to print.                       
    
    The laser printer can be used by adding the "/QUEUE=LN03$Q" qualifier
    to the print command:
    eg -
    		PRINT/QUEUE=LN03$Q A_FILE.TXT

    This can be done on any of the nodes as the queue names are the
    same on all the nodes.
