| | If you aren't logged into a session on a machine and working,

    THEN LOG OUT COMPLETELY.......

Ok,ok, point taken... The only problem with logging
out is you loose all the characteristics that you use ( Ie set pref ,
	set for etc ).
AND, perhaps more importantly, now that I sit in a exposed
area, I hear meny bleeps as OTHER people have left their terminals
log on and for each machine that becomes available you get a BLEEP.

| | Oh right, I never thought of that....

It should not be difficult to suppress the beep...

    It's a good idea... Peter.

| | Try HELP SET at the Local> prompt
Also, I believe if you type just "C" for example, and no <return> then
messages are suppressed untill you complete your entry.

P.S. Holland's great, I really needed the willy warmer though!!!
Oh yes, and on Friday night, after picking up my car after #1000 worth of
bodywork repairs, within 1 hour *both* doors had dents in. ;-(

I'm not sure why, but the previous note says I'm on HOO78B, well, I'm not!
I am in fact on HLDG02, so maybe RDGE00 needs a network DB update??
