    It appears that the field is waiting on a decision that could shape the
    coming future.  The decision is regarding whether we will be aligned by
    region, or will there be a geography manager that all VP's in the
    geography will report to.  This decision is will have a major impact on
    the way we do business because organizations that were not funded by
    sales could possibly be a part of the sales expense structure rather
    than the overhead expense structure.
