As usual, rumors are flying about organization changes. The primary
ones being:
o The creation of "General Managers" for Government and 4 Geographies
(and that some of the hiring decisions for these positions have been
made already)
o Alignment of Sales and Sales Support around 4 "lines of business":
1. Commodity Products
2. Traditional Products
3. Systems Integration
4. Volume
o Movement of Account Managers (only the AMo's not the AGMo's) into
the cross-industry Account Groups
o Changes to the Industry Portfolio's
It would be nice this time, if a senior manager would run host some
periodic DVNs to keep the Field informed of progress in determining and
setting up the new organization. This would help relieve tension
during some very tense-times.

In the Administration world we just had a DVN to at least keep people
informed on their strategy, moving to Transaction centers and
streamlining the orders and different transactions. However they didn't
have ENOUGH details and really made people more confused. It's kind of
a grey area, but I believe the more we communicate facts the better off
we are.
