    We have an emergency need to locate a 3rd-party software supplier that
    can provide call handling, location spotting, and service dispatch for
    an auto club (AAA).  We must locate this supplier as soon as possible.
    I'm hoping that someone in this conference might be able to give us a
    lead.  Fieldwatch and Dispatch-1 are out.

	Thanks for the leads. We ended up partnering with a company called BIS that has a product for Computer-Aided-Dispatch called CAD+Plus. Their target market is Public Safety, but it's suppose to be quite easy to tailor the product to Road Service Dispatch. They are located in La Crescenta, CA - telephone 213-245-3691.
