    Earlier this month I trained 140 sales and sales support people on
    "Client/Server" - technologies and products.  I got some interesting
    feedback which I thought interesting...
    
    There was an interesting split over the "depth of the content".  Sales
    support thought the depth was just right, while Sales thought the
    presentation needed more depth.
    
    In some follow-up conversations, I got the distinct impression that
    Bob's "specialization" message was getting through.  Sales people seem
    quite interested in quickly increasing their technical knowledge.
