In the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on December 4th, an article highlighted St. 
Louis based companies that were listed by Inc. Magazine as part of the 500 
fasted growing private companies in the nation. Number 110 on the list was 
Digital Systems Consultants (DSC) who grew in sales 2,168% from 1986 to 1990.

DSC provides software services exclusively on Digital platforms -- to the best 
of our knowledge -- primarily in the St. Louis area. Approximately 90% of their 
business is hourly. We've also heard that they walk away from anything less 
than 1 month. They charge rates from $40 to $60 per hour. They have a staff of 
approximately 90 -- and apparently, little bench time. In 1990, they sold $6.4
