I've heard a lot about PPPs (Personal Performance Plans).
Where do I get manuals/documentation and the forms?

and is responsible for Metrics and Measurements, and, Rewards and
Recognition. Nicole (Nikki) Hartnett reports to Steve and is responsible
for the implementation of the Personal Performance Plans for the field
sales organization. Nikki can be reached at DTN 276-9156 @OGO. In her
absence Joan Paulino can provide you with the documentation and forms
you have requested.

If you are not in sales, contact Jim Porter on Bob Hughes' staff
who should be able to get you a folder on Personal Performance Plans.
There is a group under Bob Hughes that is responsible for measurements
and Jim is either part of or tied into that group.
Also, and line sales manager should have info on PPP.
