On a 3 ci node ALL-IN-1 cluster zap intermittantly stops zapping
for no appearent reason...
vms v5.3-2
zap v4.2
Its working fine on 2 of the nodes and the 3rd it has just stopped
one and a half days ago... The process remains up and the log files
remain open but no further entries are recorded.
However I do notice the status line gives the following information
as well;
[Zap: Status at 17-FEB-1992 17:01:14.09]
[ Pass = 20220 Stack = 175 Stopped = 3756 Error = 7]
Is the error count significant ? What does it mean ?
its 0 on one of the other nodes and 4 on the other
thanks for any help
I can send the whole log and zap.dat file if you wish...

Could you please send me a copy of your ZAP.LOG file. Also, was ZAP V4.2 installed under VMS V5.3-2 or has your system been upgraded since it was installed. [Version 4.2 must be re-installed once VMS V5.3 is installed] Send me a copy of your log file to: ZAPDEV::MACONI and I will take a look at it to determine what is going on. Keith Maconi | |||||
