What are the general opinions here on b&w speakers?
I just got a pair of 2.1's and I really like them.

It was at least 3-4 years ago. It was the time that I decided to upgrade my
speakers. I listened as many speakers as I could. Finally decided to
buy B+W Matrix 2 Series 2 speakers. I've been using them since then
with great pleasure. I don't even think about upgrading them in the
future. If only I could afford the higher model with a sub-woofer (was
it Matrix 3 or Series 3?).
