    A few years ago, 'The CSC TBA team'* published a magazine aimed at
    promoting goodwill (and bad!) to all.
    
    	Due to pressure of work, tight schedules (The GL's open!)
    and general lack of imagination, the publication never aquired a title,
    but rejoiced in the "nom-de-plume" of TBA
    
    You've all seen this in DEC manuals! For the uninitiated it stands
    for:	"To Be Announced" (I think!)
    
    	I contributed occasional snippets under the title:- "Stress is..."
    
    	In an idle moment at three o-clock in the morning recently, while
    mulling over the previous day's cock-ups, I suddenly thought of another
    one...!
