Having completed the sale of my house in Oxfordshire, I'm looking to buy a
property within commuting distance of Basingstoke.
The property ought be in a village or smaller market town, not in Basingstoke
or on an estate, please. Areas such as Odiham, Crondall and Farnham appeal.
I'm looking for an attractive property with character; possibly a conversion
of a farm building, an apartment in a converted manor, or a semi / detached
village property. The property ought provide large receptions, at least two
bedrooms and garaging. I will consider property in need of refurbishment, or
conversion, as long as the situation is excellent and the price commensurate.
