After reading .0 I thought "Shame they didn't clamp them" ... it's not as
if you have to *pay* to leave your car in either of the two huge car-parks
so why be bloody-minded and clutter up the access way ?

Nothing's wrong with the car park - I use it!
I just thought that if any DEC person used the service road I COULD
SAVE THEM A TICKET.
Next time I spot something like this I'll keep it to myself.
