The other week, I recieved a newsletter from my local Tory councillor
going on about malfunctioning lamposts, fouling dogs and the like. It
was all very uninteresting except one bit. It said that a local
company called Digital was planning to build offices behind its
current office in Skippetts Lane. The was also to be a car park for
600-700 cars.
Does anyone know any more about this ?

Yes. Digital bought land behind Skippetts House and have put in for
planning permission on Skippetts II. I'm almost 100% certain it won't
go any further than that - I hope not because the plans are awful - my
lovely office is planned to look out onto a car park, as opposed to a
large lawn where bunnies and pheasants feed!
