Saturday & Sunday 13th & 14th October is 'Teddy Bears Weekend' on the Mid
Hants Railway. Special features include;
* Personal appearance of T.V. star Paddington Bear
* Postman Pat
* Watercress William
* Radio Lollipop Roadshow 'Live' (on Sunday only)
* Hot Air Balloon Rally
Park at Ropley to view the balloons for �2.00 per car, refundable when buying
a ticket to travel on the day.
Bring your own bear and you will receive �1.00 off your ticket for railway
travel and a special bear certificate.
Regular train services thorughout the day from Alresford (first train 10.05)
and Alton (first train 10.15). All trains carry a licenced buffet car.
Return tickets give freedon of the line for the whole day.
