Hi all ,
I would like to ask a big favour , if possible . Please ,Does anyone
have A strimmer I could borrow as my Pittifull little lawnmower gave
up the ghost and the recent spell of good whether and rain has made
my garden a Meadow and my Landlord is not a happy chappy . The next
door nieghbours keep losing their children in our front garden .
I'll need a strimmer to take off the top layer of grass sos my little
lawnmower can hack round the garden again .
Failing that , could anyone recommend a shop I could rent/hire garden
equipment .

No strimmer I'm afraid, but Homebase, Winchester Road, have a hire
department for tools and garden machines, can't be sure they hire
strimmers but may be worth asking. If that fails I have a scythe
you can borrow.

I do have a strimmer - but am over in Reading. I will be at the
Crescent on Monday, 12th June - and you'd have to return it to me

Re.-1 .Tony, My nieghbours winge at me when hitting my practice pads
in the house . If I go out in the garden they'd set their Jack russel
on me . Cute idear tho .
