    I'm just playing with a trial version of Lotus Organizer. This is a
    seriously good piece of software...not sure that TDL has a place with
    this around...

    TDL has a future as:
    
    a) A learning tool for Keef,
    b) Shareware

Yeah, I agree (on both fronts!). Also, TDL is richer in fuctionality than the To Do 
list part of Organizer (although Organizer is pretty damn sexy).
