Frank Gower (Field Service) is doing parallel testing.  He was in ICO
today and when he ran a report, the heading was missing the Pass Date,
(he had requested the JAN-1989) pass.  Is this the same problem that
was detected earlier - some criteria field inputs do not display in
the report header even when specific choices were made?  Where are we
on this?

     The report header will have all the appropriate fields filled 
     in the next release - Release 1.7 - due in the next few weeks.
