    Ken:
    
    Just tried to print a file using a queued ICO printer (ICO_EUS).
    Tried through the PR menu selection, and also tried to print
    from the retrieval screen (Command: Print Screen).  Neither
    worked.  When I checked the ICO_EUS print queue, the report
    did not show (queue was empty).  
    
    Can you tell what's happening?  (And for future reference, is there
    a way I could go in and tell what's happening?)

	    It looks as if they (the Data Center) were having LAT problems
	 today.  I deleted the print queues and re-defined them.  The
	 problem should be fixed (for now).

	    No.  This requires privileges.  This is a System
	 Management problem, certainly not an FMAP problem.
