    NODE TO NODE COPY
    -----------------

Is there a way to delete files that are no longer needed?

	 Barbara,
Yes. In the menu that you are using, the PRint command
has a delete option as one of the choices. (You delete the
	 file instead of printing it)
In the new menu, which should be released soon, the File
Management function will have a delete option (hit the REMOVE
	 key).

In using the PRint function to delete a file, you must take
the QUERY LIST path, as follows:
      F/MIC Applications Portfolio
              Print a file
Enter name of file to print or
enter <RETURN> to produce a file query list or
Q to quit and return to main menu

Hit RETURN at this point, system will prompt you for each
file within your directory, as follows:

      F/MIC Applications Portfolio
              Print a file
Enter Y to print file displayed below or
enter N to search for next file in directory or
enter L to review the file before printing or
enter D to delete the file or
Q to quit and return to main menu

   file FOO.TXT [N] ?
If FOO.TXT is the file you want to delete, type D; if you
have no more files to delete, type Q; to perform no action,
and get the next file prompt, hit RETURN (or type N).
	 hope this helps.
