	 Cliff,
There is no 'automatic' process in place, yet. I have
been monitoring the file space situation, and will do purges
when necessary. We are at 1/3 full at present.
There will be some intelligent process in place in the
	 future.

    Cliff,
We have recently started a purge process. Please reference Bulletin #8
    below:
FMAP BULLETIN #8: New Purge Process Begins 3/4/89
FMAP PURGE PROCESS BEGINS MARCH 4th!
FMAP system management is instituting a purge process beginning on
Saturday, March 4, 1989. On a daily basis, all files that have
been unused for two weeks will be deleted. For example, if you
create a report on March 1 and do not access it after that date,
the file will be deleted March 15th. If, however, you create the
report on March 1 but access and edit it on March 13th, that latest
version of the file will remain, but the March 1st version will be
purged.
Steps can be taken on an exception basis to protect files if
necessary. Please contact ICO::HERTEL to make the necessary
arrangements.
If you have any further questions regarding this new process, call
the ICO HOTLINE: 269-2500.
