     I was under the impression that transfer price for "S" types would
never be discounted but as you'll see from the following example here's one
with a (negative!) REBILL Discount Percent which seems to have been used to
determine Transfer Price To Rebill.  Is this correct or have I perhaps
chosen a part that would never go through rebilling and therefore the data
is not accurate?
